Collateral ligament of human hand joint model: hand joint is formed by indirect connection between bones of hand. Include wrist joints, intercarpal joint, carpometacarpal joints, intermetacarpal joints, metacarpophalangeal joints and interphalangeal joint. The attachment part of the ligament is woven with the periosteum or the joint capsule. The main functions of ligaments are to limit the motion amplitude of joints and enhance the stability of joints, and secondly to provide attachment points for muscles or tendons. Some ligaments, such as patellar tendon of knee joint, are formed by the continuation of tendons.
This model 1:1 simulates the human hand joints, which can better demonstrate the teaching practice.
